Refund and Return Policy

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Once your order ships, the sale is complete.

The Steady Paws Calming Vest is worn directly against a dog's skin and coat, so a unit that has left our warehouse cannot be inspected, re-sanitized, or resold. Keeping returns out of our costs is also what lets us sell a US-warehoused vest at this price instead of the $60 to $90 the national brands charge.

Please size carefully before you order

Weigh your dog rather than guessing: step on a bathroom scale holding them, step on again without them, and subtract. Match that number to the weight chart on the product page. If your dog falls between two sizes, or is a deep-chested breed such as a Boxer, Greyhound, or Doberman, choose the larger size. If you are unsure, email hello@steadypaws.co before ordering and we will tell you which size to pick.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing orders

This part is on us. If your vest arrives damaged, you receive the wrong size or item, or the package never arrives, email hello@steadypaws.co within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo where relevant. We will ship a replacement free of charge or refund that order in full. You will not be asked to send anything back.

Order changes and cancellations

We can change a size, correct an address, or cancel an order at any point before it is handed to the carrier, which is usually within a few hours of ordering. Email hello@steadypaws.co as soon as possible. Once the label is created we can no longer make changes.
