Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states, plus APO and FPO addresses. We do not ship internationally yet.

Cost

Shipping is free on every order. No minimum.

Handling and delivery times

Orders ship from our US fulfillment warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery by USPS typically takes 3 to 7 business days after that. Most customers receive their vest within a week of ordering. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates can take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

Address changes and cancellations

Email hello@steadypaws.co as soon as possible after ordering. We can change a size, correct an address, or cancel an order until it has been handed to the carrier, usually within a few hours. Once the label is created we can no longer make changes, and all sales are final at that point.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived after 2 business days, email us. We will open a carrier trace and, if the package cannot be located, send a replacement or refund that order in full. The same applies if the vest arrives damaged: send a photo within 7 days and we replace it free.

Taxes

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where required by law and shown before you pay.
