Terms of Service

By placing an order with Steady Paws you agree to these terms. Please read them; they are short.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel any order we believe to be fraudulent or placed by a reseller, and we will refund it in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

All sales are final

We do not accept returns or exchanges. By completing checkout you acknowledge that your purchase is final once the order ships, and you agree not to file a chargeback on the basis of a change of mind, an incorrect size selected at checkout, or a dog that does not respond to the vest.

This does not limit your rights where the order itself was defective: if your vest arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or the package never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will replace the order free of charge or refund it in full. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Please use the weight chart on the product page before ordering, and email hello@steadypaws.co if you are unsure which size to choose.

Product use

The Steady Paws Calming Vest is a garment that applies gentle pressure. It is not a medical device, does not treat or cure any condition, and is not a substitute for veterinary care or training. Supervise your dog while wearing it, do not leave it on unattended for extended periods, and check with your veterinarian before use if your dog has a heart, breathing, or skin condition. Results vary from dog to dog.

Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier marks the package delivered, though we will still help if a package is lost or stolen in transit.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and design on this store are ours or used with permission. Please do not copy them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
